Wendy's at 199 Hempstead Turnpike, Elmont, New York.

Horrible service, i ordered a sandwich and the guy handed it to me & repeated what i ordered and still gave me the wrong food. I couldnt even eat it bc it had tomatoes which im allergic to. So i wasted $7 smh

It always takes so much longer at the counter to get your food as opposed to going through the drive thru. I was in the line for about 20 minutes before being served. This happens all the time and the workers are always arguing with each other in the back where the food is being prepared. Deeply annoyed with this location. They have a new POS system which doesn't work, it keeps freezing....they need to work out the kinks before putting it up. It's convenient but I absolutely hate going to that place.
